LIP BLUSH

  • Lip blush is a form of semi-permanent cosmetic tattooing designed to enhance the natural color, shape, and symmetry of your lips. It creates a soft, tinted effect—like a sheer wash of color—rather than a harsh or heavily lined look. The goal is to give your lips a more defined, balanced, and naturally fuller appearance while maintaining a subtle, effortless finish.

  • Lip blush typically lasts 2–3 years, depending on your skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. Color will gradually fade over time, and most clients choose to come in for a touch-up every 1–2 years to maintain their desired look.

  • Healing happens in stages over about 7–10 days. Immediately after your appointment, your lips will appear brighter and slightly swollen. Within a few days, the color will soften as your lips begin to lightly peel and flake. During this time you only need to keep your lips clean and moisturized. Around weeks 2–4, the true healed color starts to settle in.

  • Most clients find the procedure very tolerable. A topical numbing agent is used throughout the appointment to keep you comfortable, and sensations are often described as pressure or a slight scratching feeling rather than pain.

  • If you have a history of cold sores, lip blush can trigger a flare-up. However, this doesn’t mean you’re not a candidate. We recommend taking an antiviral medication (prescribed by your doctor) or over the counter L-Lysine for 7 days prior to your appointment as a preventative measure. Proper preparation helps ensure a smooth healing process and protects your results.

  • Yes, you can still get lip blush if you have filler. It’s recommended to wait at least 4 weeks after filler before your appointment to allow everything to fully settle. Lip blush can actually enhance the overall look by adding color and definition to your existing shape.

  • Yes—your pigment can be customized to closely match your favorite lipstick shade or a color you already love. During your appointment, we’ll look at your natural lip tone, skin undertones, and your desired result to create a custom blend that heals into a soft, flattering version of your ideal color. Keep in mind that healed results will always appear more natural and muted than a lipstick swatch.

  • Absolutely. Lip blush is perfect for clients who prefer a natural look or don’t usually wear lipstick. The goal doesn’t have to be bold color—it can be as subtle as evening out your natural lip tone, adding soft definition, and creating a healthy, “your lips but better” finish. We can keep the result extremely natural so it enhances your lips without ever looking like makeup.

3D aREOLA TATTOOS

  • 3D areola tattooing is a specialized form of paramedical tattooing that recreates the appearance of the areola and nipple using advanced shading, depth, and color techniques. It is designed to restore a natural, realistic look after mastectomy, breast reconstruction, or other chest surgeries. The result is a beautifully detailed illusion of texture and dimension.

  • Anyone who has undergone breast surgery, including unilateral or bilateral mastectomy with or without reconstruction, breast reduction, or gender-affirming chest surgery, may be a candidate. A consultation is always recommended to determine suitability based on your medical history, healing progress and scarring.

  • Clients need to be fully healed before receiving treatment, which is typically at least 6-12 months after surgery, depending on individual healing and medical clearance. A consultation can help determine if your scarring has healed and tattooing is safe. Your surgeon’s approval is required for tattooing sooner than 6 months post op.

  • Discomfort is minimal. Because the area may have altered sensitivity after surgery, including no feeling at all, experiences vary from person to person, but the procedure is generally well tolerated. For clients who still have sensation in their breasts, we use a topical numbing agent throughout to ensure you are comfortable.

  • Results are long-lasting, typically 10+ years, though some fading over time is normal. Factors such as skin type, sun exposure, and overall health can affect longevity. Touch-ups may be recommended over time to maintain color and detail.

  • In most cases, yes. A follow-up session is typically scheduled 6–10 weeks after the initial appointment to perfect color, detail, and symmetry once the skin has fully healed and settled.

  • Yes—when performed by a skilled artist, 3D areola tattooing creates a highly realistic illusion of projection, color, and texture. The technique uses strategic shading and highlights to mimic natural anatomy, even though the surface is completely flat.

  • We are a private studio and do not directly bill insurance. However, areola tattooing is often covered by insurance as part of post-surgical reconstruction.

If you are seeking coverage, the procedure typically must be done in a medical setting, such as your surgeon’s office. In some cases, clients are able to coordinate with their surgeon to have us perform the service on-site so it may be covered.

SCAR & STRETCH MARK CAMO

  • Scar and stretch mark camouflage is a paramedical tattooing technique that uses custom-blended pigments to help blend the appearance of scars or stretch marks into the surrounding skin tone. The goal is not to remove them, but to soften their contrast so they become far less noticeable.

  • Most people with light, stable scars or stretch marks are good candidates. The area must be fully healed—typically at least 6–12 months old. If you are prone to keloid scarring or hyper/hypo pigmentation, this treatment might not be for you. The best way to determine whether you would be a good candidate is through a consultation where we can assess your scars or stretch marks.

  • Not all cases are suitable. Camouflage works best on flat, stable, lighter-toned scars or stretch marks. Raised, keloid, very dark, or highly textured scarring may not respond well or may require alternative treatments.

  • Most clients need 2–4 sessions for best results. Because pigment is layered gradually to match your skin tone, multiple appointments allow for a more natural and long-lasting blend.

  • Discomfort is usually mild and varies depending on the area being treated. Most clients tolerate it very well. Topical numbing is provided as needed for those who may be more sensitive or request it.

  • Results are long-lasting, often 5+ years. Over time, some soft fading is natural as the body metabolizes the pigment, and occasional touch-ups over time may be needed to maintain results.

  • No—this treatment improves the appearance by blending them into your natural skin tone, but it does not physically remove them. The goal is a softer, more even and blended look to make them less noticeable, rather than complete elimination.

  • The most common cases treated include surgical scars, C-section scars, self-harm scars, injury scars, and stretch marks from pregnancy, weight changes, or growth. We treat a variety of areas for both scars and stretch marks including the face, arms, legs, buttocks, thighs, stomach and more.
